As you may have noticed – the www.CompostEra.se website has a new look and feel. It’s currently under development, but please let us know what you think about it and watch out for the Swedish version coming soon.
CompostEra has a new owner and has relocated to Gävle, central Sweden, too.
“I am delighted to take over CompostEra – thank you Carl Lindström for your faith in me continuing your legacy!” says Richard Cutler, Managing Director of CompostEra AB. “We have had a CompostEra toilet on our property since 2011 and know what a great product it is. I am looking forward to helping more people install their own highly sustainable toilet system.”
In the coming months, the CompostEra toilet will be relaunched with a focus on the Nordic summer house market. We’re also developing a composting greywater system (yes, it is also possible to compost greywater!) to avoid the need for septic tanks (trekammarbrunn) that are expensive to install and need to be emptied.
